Press Release: Looper Condemns GM For Lobbying Against Colorado Small Business Owners

State Rep. Marsha Looper, R-Calhan, today issued the following statement condemning GM for running advertisements and lobbying against House Bill 1049:
“GM is engaging in a campaign of deceit against Colorado small business owners.
“All our proposal would do is grant established Colorado-owned auto dealers the right to stay in business before GM favored out of state owners come in and take away their customers.
“It is a shame that GM has made the decision to stand against Colorado business owners by spending taxpayer dollars on a slick ad and lobbying campaign.”
